Located on the banks of Albert Park Lake with uninterrupted views of Melbournes city skyline, the Carousel has undergone an extensive redevelopment by renowned caterers food&desire and now operates as a distinguished and stylistic event space accommodating 50 to 1000 guests.

Filled with abundant natural light and stylish furniture, Carousel is positioned to experience the environment of Albert Park Lake. Carousel provides both inside and outside balcony seating. Remarkably designed operable walls create a flexible floor space that can be divided and separated to accommodate events of all sizes. Guests will enter through a white stone courtyard complete with Bel Air palms. Crossing over a turquoise tiled ponds guests enter a beautiful open event space with soaring windows. Glass sliding doors open onto a wooden balcony where ceremonies can be held and pre-dinner cocktails served. Carousel is ideal for seminars, conferences, luncheons, meetings, product launches, fashion shows, celebratory dinners and cocktail parties.
