Situated on the corner of Clarendon & York Streets, South Melbourne, the Clarendon on York Business Centre lies at the edge of the CBD and is only metres to access roads.

Clarendon on York Business Centre offers four key products; serviced offices; virtual offices; meeting room hire; and a wide range of business support services. Our centre has a variety of short term offices available for you to use during an event or project. We also have a selection of meeting and function spaces available for hire. The Boardroom features an elegant beech table, black leather chairs, electronic whiteboard, phone conferencing, facsimile and projector available for hire. We have three meeting rooms to choose from - two casual meeting spaces either with a round or rectangular table (suitable for 4) and a relaxing Lounge which is a more informal space and perfect casual meetings. The Clarendon Room is a multi-functional facility suited to training sessions, conferences, or a large project space. It has a mobile whiteboard and flipchart, and the white walls are ideal for OHP or other projection requirements. The Clarendon Room also has hot and chilled water on tap, refrigerator, crockery and glassware.
