The hotel has 139 generously rooms in total, of which 6 are suites. The Guests can choose between Courtyard or Harbour view. All rooms and suites are comfortable furnished with a generous workspace, air conditioning, sattelite and video on demand, two direct-line telephones, modem and fax connection, high speed wireless lan, minibar, in-room safe and iron with ironboard. On the 1st floor the hotel has 4 Conference rooms and a banquet lobby with 350 sqm in total up to 200 people. The function rooms can be partitioned into 3 sections. All rooms have air conditioning, daylight and a terrace. In the 9th floor is the fitness area with beautiful sun terrace, sauna and solarium. Julian's bar & restaurant is in the ground floor and has place for 120 people.
