A historic, Grade II listed, former royal residence in Windsor Great Park, offering elegant overnight accommodation, spacious grounds and superb facilities for residential or non-residential conferences and events.

Our conferencing facilities are available to book for conferences, retreats, courses and special events. We combine the friendly, welcoming atmosphere of an English country house and ample space for reflection, with all the facilities you need to run an impressive event, including a new audio-visual suite for prerecorded virtual elements. We offer a range of flexible spaces spread across three historic buildings - including large conference rooms with linked breakout rooms, elegant reception rooms, private meeting spaces, and an open-air woodland seminar space. The majority of our conference facilities are housed in The Mews next to the main Lodge, which was once royal stables. Flitcroft, our largest conference room, can accommodate up to 100 people at full capacity. Our stylish accommodation is intentionally 'low-tech', to help you relax and unwind. We encourage you to spend time in conversation with your fellow guests, and to enjoy the time and space outside of conference sessions to reflect, regroup and re-energise.
