Secluded in 1000 acres of Sussex Countryside yet only 12 miles from Gatwick Airport, Gravetye Manor is the ideal setting for those important meetings requiring discreet yet luxurious surroundings.

The wood panelling and beautiful furnishings don't make for a run of the mill conference room. But with plenty of natural daylight, high speed fibre optic broadband and a screen and projector, the combination of 21st century technology and authentic country house atmosphere are perfectly taken care of. Our Panelled room is available for between 9-22 guests, boardroom style with screen and projector until 5.00pm. Suitable for between 6-8 delegates, our Private Dining Room can cater for more intimate, informal meetings until 5.00pm, without the use of a screen and projector. Groups of up to 12 delegates can enjoy a 2 course lunch in The Private Dining Room. Larger groups (13-22 delegates) are offered a working buffet lunch. Our Day Delegate rate is priced at £185.00 and is inclusive of morning coffee with biscuits, lunch, afternoon tea, unlimited still and sparkling water, room hire, VAT, and service. 24 hour conferencing is available with accommodation to be charged at the standard Bed and Breakfast rates. Please note that during the summer months (May-August) there is limited availability for residential meetings. Depending on the meeting size, there are a variety of options in terms of meeting and dining arrangements.
