Current students, staff and fellows should complete the room and private dinner booking forms available on the college intranet. Meeting room hire With an unbeatable location in central Oxford, Hertford College provides the ideal location to host meetings. We have a number of rooms available for board room meetings of up to 24 people with different catering packages available to add on. Conferencing Hertford offers highly-regarded English as a foreign language courses and academic subject summer programmes out of term time which utilise the majority of our conferencing facilities. On occasion, we do have capacity to host conferences in college accommodation along side our own international programmes.
