In our hotel, you'll find a modern 24-hour business centre, the only Executive Lounge in town and meeting room walls adorned with playful 3-D art such as busy desk tops featuring vintage typewriters. We can convert four meeting rooms into one with a connecting balcony to accommodate over 100 guests inside a jaw-dropping theatre-style room. LEVEL8IGHT THE SKY BAR is a definitive drinking destination in the South West. A sweeping bar cuts through the centre of the space surrounded by comfortable seating offering pockets of privacy and tables with views. Enjoy cocktails, fine wines, and spirits, or savour an inspired menu created by Matt Tebbutt with a variety of small plates. A delicious Afternoon Tea is also on offer from 3:00pm each day. Schpoons & Forx is chef and broadcaster Matt Tebbutt's modern British all-day restaurant featuring a lively open kitchen. A vibrant place with a tandoor and stone oven, the restaurant offers British inspired dishes, made with only the freshest local produce. The modern interior is decked out in rich wood finishes, jewel-toned tile and comfortable luxe seating with striking feature lighting and will encourage a lively, buzzing atmosphere. Schpoons & Forx is open daily from breakfast until dinner. That Bar Downstairs is a stylish and relaxed bar located on the ground floor of the hotel, where you can meet with friends and or colleagues. Serving freshly brewed coffee throughout the day and a selection of fine wines and cocktails at night, makes it is a perfect location for catching up with emails, a pre- dinner drink or to unwind with a night cap at the end of a busy day.
