The Holiday Inn Bristol Airport has two modern conference rooms ideal for training, seminars, product launches, boardroom meetings, interviews and brainstorming events as well as small exhibitions.
Together with the hotels “yes we can” philosophy, flexible lunch options and a shuttle to collect guests from the airport, it all adds up to the ideal choice for your meeting or event. All rooms offer natural daylight, blackout facilities, air conditioning, flipcharts, whiteboard, clock, power points, stationery toolkit, pads, pens, still & sparkling water and wifi or high speed internet access (charges apply). Equipment of any description can be obtained for your meeting or event including projectors, TV and Video and OHP. The Reception team is always on hand to assist should you require faxing or photocopying services, or if you would just like information on the local area. The hotel has a superb team of Chefs who are happy to prepare a range of buffets developed especially for the busy meeting executive; all menus are changed daily to allow the use of fresh and locally sourced ingredients and can cater for any specific requirements, including vegetarian options. Alternatively you may wish to retire from the meeting room and relax in the Bar & Lounge area where the daily Lounge Menu is available or, of course, we can offer a set three course meal in the Restaurant. For larger groups we are more than happy to provide a buffet in the Restaurant. Parking is complimentary on-site whilst resident of the hotel or whilst attending a meeting at the hotel.
