Situated on Lonsdale Street in the heart of the city centre the Hotel is ideally located in the vibrant theatre district, one block away from Her Majestys Theatre, the Comedy Theatre, Cinemas, Chinatown, and of course the exceptional shopping facilities at Melbourne Central and QV Shopping Precinct.

The Hotel has 160 accommodation rooms including superior spa rooms and newly refurbished executive rooms, as well as six versatile conference rooms catering for meetings, workshops, exhibitions and private dinners. The largest conference room can host up to 110 delegates theatre style and the smallest boardroom accommodates eight. The Hotel also features Encore Restaurant and bar which opens daily from 4pm with seasonal changing menus, Footlights Breakfast Buffet Restaurant open from 6:30-10:00am as well as a rooftop pool and gymnasium boasting fabulous views of the city skyline.
