Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich

About the venue

Whether you are holding a conference, meeting or celebration, the function rooms at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich offer the perfect location to meet your requirements.

A total of 12 multifunctional function rooms offering free WiFi, natural light and an event kitchen will turn your conference into an event not to be missed. The rooms, which feature state-of-the-art technology such as Dolby Surround sound, are located on one level with a separate entrance and provide the perfect setting for discreet celebrations or meetings for even large-scale events. The light-flooded and generous atmosphere in the foyer, wall decorations depicting the Old Masters, and a large glass dome make the event area one of a kind. The bar in the foyer offers a large selection of snacks and beverages for an invigorating break. The centrepiece of the event area is the Maximilian ballroom. Thanks to an indirect lighting system, the Maximilian ballroom shines in different light settings. Furthermore, a total of three projectors and screens integrated into the ceiling allow presentations to be played almost 360 degrees throughout the large ballroom. To ensure that your event is a truly unique experience, our team will be by your side throughout the event and are ready to accommodate even last-minute alterations. In addition, a competent team member from the in-house technology firm will be available to answer any technical questions that may arise.
