About the venue

Langdon Hills is the ideal venue for your meeting or conference, being easily accessible from both the A13 and A127, and only 10 minutes from the Lakeside Shopping Centre and the M25 (QE2 Bridge).

We have two main conference rooms available, the Carlton Room and the Fairway Suite and ample parking for 200 cars. Both conference rooms can be set up to suit your requirements, and we can provide a lectern, flip chart, data projector and screen. The Carlton Room is located on the ground floor and is suitable for conferences from 8 to 50 delegates depending on layout. It has its own PA system, should it be required. The lighting can be dimmed as required and the room is air conditioned. Free WiFi is provided. One side of the room has floor to ceiling windows to allow natural daylight, which can be controlled by blinds and curtains. The windows offer a panoramic view of the London Skyline. The Carlton Room has its own private bar as well as its own patio area, which is set out with seating during the summer months. The Fairway Suite is located on the first floor and is suitable for conferences from 50 to 120 delegates. It has its own Music / PA system, the lighting can be dimmed as required and the room is air conditioned. Free WiFi is provided. There is a stairlift available for delegates who may have difficulty with the stairs. Both sides of the function room have windows along their whole length, allowing natural daylight which can be controlled by blinds and curtains. On one side the windows offer a panoramic view of the London Skyline, and on the other, views across the golf course towards Langdon Hills. The Fairway Suite has a large bar and a large balcony area, with seating during the summer months. We can provide all of your catering for the day, from tea and coffee on arrival to a hot lunch and dinner as can be seen in our packages attached. Langdon Hills Golf and Country Club has a professional team of staff on hand to help and advise, before, during and after your event. Should you not see a package to meet your requirements, please speak to a member of our team who will be able to create a tailor made package. If any of your delegates require overnight accommodation, we have hotel rooms at very competitive rates. To relax and unwind you can take advantage of discounted golf on our 27 hole course, or simply enjoy our Clubhouse with Sky & BT Sports TV.
