A small well run family owned hotel and restaurant offering delicious homemade food and comfortable accommodation in a warm and friendly atmosphere, ideal for Manchester and all its attractions - we're right where you want to be! In our private conference room, the Charlton Suite, we can accommodate anything from two to twenty delegates, making it an ideal venue for the smaller meeting.

We provide projector screen, flip charts & syndicate rooms. We can also arrange for the hire of any equipment or any other items you may require for your meeting. With over 20 years experience and a client portfolio including British Gas, Trafford MBC and British Telecom we could be just the right venue for your company. Because we're small, we only run one conference at a time, ensuring you of a personal, discreet & yet professional service. And of course, our reputation for excellent food is second to none. (Preferential accommodation rates are available to Conference Delegates). On a practical level we are situated in a quiet location yet we're just minutes from Metrolink, the M60 motorway network, Manchester City Centre and Trafford Business Park.
