Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel has been a landmark in Piccadilly Gardens for over 50 years! We can offer one of largest suites in the North West, easily accommodating 800 people for a theatre style conference or 650 people for a banquet! We offer 11 conference rooms in total ranging from intimate boardrooms set ups to larger rooms that can sit up to 130 delegates.
Getting to us couldn’t be easier, we are located a 5-minute walk from Piccadilly Train station which is the main station from all key locations in the UK. We have a local met station directly outside the building, meaning easy access for local delegates. The hotel has its very own car park which boast 80 spaces, separately we have a NCP located directly underneath the building. International Suite The international suite is set within the iconic Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel. We can offer one of largest suites in the North West, easily accommodating 800 people for a theatre style conference or 650 people for a banquet! This versatile space can be tailored to your specific event needs making The International Suite suitable for a variety of events, from product launches, academic conferences, seminars to award ceremonies! The international Suite is the perfect balance of practical and glamorous, meaning no compromise is required! We will include a spacious reception area, private balcony, inbuilt bar, up lighters which can be themed to a selection of colours, star cloth back drop, 20x10 metre drop down screen as well as front projection and inbuilt stage area, all of which will always be included in your package! We are extremely lucky to have such an amazing room which boasts natural daylight through our magnificent floor to ceiling windows creating a clean fresh feel to all your events, whilst our many chandeliers, lighting and furnishings provides a glamorous setting! Park Suite Our unique Park Suite can accommodate up to 130 delegates for a conference or 100 for a special event. This room is our little ‘gem’ as its offers stunning city views across Piccadilly Gardens, ample natural daylight through our impressive floor to ceiling windows. For smaller meetings and special events, moveable partitions can be used to divide the suite into 3 sections - Hyde Park, Central Park and Victoria Park . The park suite features an inbuilt bar, perfect for post conference drinks, special occasions or private dining. Park Lane & Park Avenue Park lane and avenue are perfect as individual meeting rooms and even better when used as syndicate rooms for the fabulous Park Suite. Both rooms can accommodate up to 60 delegate’s theatre style and offer a break out space for lunch, tea and coffee for those all important working lunches. Senate The Senate Suite is a perfect size, accommodating up to 100 delegates comfortably, this room offers ultimate flexibility and can accommodate a variety of set up set up styles. With the Mezzanine area located just outside the doors, this offers a perfect space to welcome your delegates on arrival as well as serving as your refreshment area. Congress Our Congress suite is the perfect space for a small and intimate meeting that still requires flexibility in set up. The Congress has a dedicated waiting area just outside of its doors perfect for interviews or events where a casual breakout space would be ideal. Boardroom The boardroom is the baby of all our meeting rooms; it might be small however it is perfectly formed especially after its mini refurbishment including new state of the art LED TV, comfortable chairs and tables! Portland Our Executive Suite is a large space that provides ultimate flexibility, located just off the main hotel lobby, perfect for your delegates’ arrival! Whether you require theatre for 100 or boardroom for 30 the Executive suite can deliver.
