We have the facility, the staff, the services and equipment to make each event a complete success. And while we don't usually like to brag, we will boast the area's largest ballroom. And our first-class food and beverage capabilities allow us to offer custom menus, from continental breakfasts to 5-course galas. Conveniently located in the metro area’s southwest community of Overland Park, KS, the OPCC is easily reached from Interstate 435 and Kansas City’s International Airport. Groups and Meetings We know that no two events are exactly alike. That's why the Overland Park Convention Center is designed to be as flexible as it is attractive. No matter what configuration needs your event requires, we can accommodate you perfectly. The 60,000-sq. ft. Exhibit Hall can be used as an impressive Main Hall or split into two equally grand but smaller halls. This level also offers a 25,000-sq. ft. Ballroom that can be separated into four column-free rooms, if required. Also, the Exhibit Hall and Ballroom can also be connected to provide nearly 86,000-sq. ft. of space. Seven meeting rooms complement the overall space. A pre-function area, adjoining both the Hall and the Ballroom, is perfect for registration or receptions. A 25,000-sq. ft., beautifully landscaped outdoor courtyard provides another accommodating venue for events, or simply a relaxing setting for breaks.
