In 2012, Bruntwood invested over £2m to redevelop the 21-storey ‘Manchester One’ to create a highly sophisticated and distinctive working environment in the city centre, with a sought-after M1 postcode.

Located in the heart of the city, the serviced offices in the building are conveniently located for a wide range of amenities and transport links. Situated on the corner of Portland Street and Sackville Street and formerly known as ‘Portland Tower’, the redevelopment of the building has been substantial. Both inside and out Manchester One has been redesigned to compliment today’s business needs in terms of flexibility and usability. The building’s serviced office suites are located on the 11th and 12th floors and range from one to 28 workstations in size.
