Close to the Bank of England and Lloyds, the area is home to the world's major banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions as well as leading professions and consultancies. The building offers direct walkway access to Bank underground station, is a short walk from several main line stations, and thirty minutes by taxi from London City Airport. The Regus center is situated in a landmark building designed by leading architect Sir James Stirling. The building's lower two levels house shops and other services, and the roof-top features gardens and the Coq d'Argent restaurant, created by Sir Terence Conran.
