St Brides Spa Hotel is located on a headland overlooking Saundersfoot harbour with spectacular elevated views of Carmarthen Bay.

We are a privately owned hotel which we recently refurbished to create a contemporary light and airy destination spa hotel. Our team enjoy offering our guests a genuine warm welsh welcome. The coastal location of St Brides makes it a great setting for management away days, meetings, conferences, presentations, networking events and banquets. The calming sea views are conducive to a learning and creative environment. The Cliff and Harbour Suites have floor to ceiling glass walls which overlook Carmarthen Bay. The Boardroom also offers natural light in contemporary decor. The three rooms have black-out, not that you would want to hide that view, plus in built data projector and screen.
