The venue can accommodate small groups, such as board meetings and church staff retreats, as well as large groups up to 450 guests.

The training center offers 12 meeting rooms that can be arranged according to your group's needs. The comfortable Cove lobby encourages fellowship with your group members, and there are numerous places of solitude available for quiet retreat. The large wraparound deck offers panoramic views that invite personal reflection and prayer, while also serving as a perfect spot for casual meetings. The Shepherds Inn and Pilgrims Inn guest rooms combine the charm of the mountains and gracious comfort of the finest country inns. Two queen-sized beds, a bent-wood rocker, and other lovely furnishings have been carefully selected to make you feel like a guest in our home. The staff looks forward to making your group's stay with us restful and enriching. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms at both the Shepherd's Inn and the Pilgrims' Inn.
