It’s is an amazing boutique hotel situated in quiet surroundings, in the heart of the European District, the hotel offers easy connection to the main business areas of Brussels and to the Brussels Luxembourg Train Station. The hotel counts today 125 rooms in different types and styles. All the rooms have been styled by well know decorators such as Peter Porters. The combination of the Old English style with modern touches proofs that the hotel evolves with time but maintains respect for its history. The Brighton restaurant is adorned with a portrait of King George IV, the British monarch who transformed the Brighton Pavilion into a fairy tale oriental palace at the beginning of the 19th century. The walls of the restaurant are embellished with frescos of figures in Chinese apparel of which the hand painted originals are in the Banqueting Room of that same palace. Our chef Laurent Gauze will pamper your senses by serving you French cooking with Mediterranean touches. When the weather allows you can have your lunch or dinner in the interior garden enjoying the shadow of a hundred years old magnolia tree. At the Library Bar you can relax and have one of the many Belgian Beers or enjoy a glass of bubbles. Our barkeeper looks forward to making a suggestion that goes with your taste.
