The White Hart Hotel is located in the centre of the Cathedral Quarter in the Historic “Lincoln Village” The Hotel has been providing hospitality since 1372 and continues to offer traditional good quality service in a quite upbeat environment to all guests staying and using the facilities at the Hotel.
The White Hart Hotel Lincoln is a boutique hotel, which reflects classic traditional elegance with a blend of contemporary finishes. The Venue offers a diverse range of Function and conference rooms which reflect the Heritage of the building but providing all the modern facilities you would expect from a 21st Century Hotel catering for conferences. The White Hart Hotel has 50 bedrooms including standard single, twins and doubles (all twins can convert to king size) and also offers much grander rooms with 7 King Executives, 6 Queen Suites and 3 Wedding Suites, allowing something a little special for conference organisors or senior staff attending a conference. The Hotel has 5 bespoke conference rooms all offering a different character and along with additional public and private break out spaces are managed by not only a Senior Sales Manager Helen who along with her Events Assistant Heather can tailor make all your special needs. They are supported by a Full Time Conference Manager Rachel to ensure your expectations on the day. Helen and Heather have a flexible approach in organising your conference or function and can offer you a day delegate or 24 hour delegate package for your event or can tailor make a package to suit your needs and budgets. Grille Restaurant is run by Ben Hadfield and Chef Mike House “ex Raymond Blanc Chef” and they pride themselves on providing a “Taste of Lincolnshire” with good old fashioned Lincolnshire friendly service. Room Bar is run my Matt and his team and provides a relaxed space during the day time and a trendy upmarket Cocktail and wine bar during the evening. Rachel and her friendly team are there on the day to ensure you have an enjoyable day, all your needs are met or our aim to exceed them where possible and that we take the stress out of your day should you have any complications with your schedule or early or late arrivals on the day. Jan our dedicated Hotel reservations Manager is their Monday to Friday to ensure all of you conference and function delegates have their accommodation needs met and that each guests is allocated the correct rooms including any guests with special needs. All Conference rooms come with complimentary WIFI and free car parking is available for delegates
