The Astor Wing is available for hire all year round on an �exclusive use� basis for conferences, day meetings, company away days, product launches and private dining events.

Taking just one group at any one time guarantees the privacy and seclusion to ensure any meeting or event is a success. It also means staff can concentrate fully on guests to ensure the highest standards of comfort service and cuisine. The Astor Wing offers three superb interconnecting meeting rooms, The Tudor Suite, all of which have plenty of natural daylight, plus smaller syndicate rooms. Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the Astor Wing giving delegates the freedom to work wire free at broadband speeds. The Astor Wing is only open to private guests on an exclusive use basis therefore the accommodation is both peaceful and quiet. There are 21 bedrooms on site comprising of 15 double, 2 twin and 4 single rooms, all with en-suite facilities. There are a number of packages that can be tailored to suit everyone including a range of exciting team building activities that can be organised on the Hever Castle estate. The Guthrie Pavilion presents the largest event space available at Hever Castle for up to 200 for dining or 120 theatre style for conferencing. It is the ideal setting for corporate or private dinner/dances, charity events, cocktail parties or awards ceremonies. During the summer months the waterside location of the Guthrie Pavilion comes into its own, with drinks being served on the Italian Loggia overlooking the 38 acre lake. This combined with the beautiful backdrop of the Award Winning Italian Gardens make it an idyllic setting for any event. The award winning Hever Castle Golf Club is also available for use by all guests. The 18 hole championship course, known as the Kings & Queens, boasts an array of stunning holes to test even the most accomplished golfer but the beautiful surroundings make playing the course a real pleasure.
