About the venue

Hill Close gardens function suite is set amongst 16 unique restored Victorian detached gardens.

Views of Warwick racecourse on the doorstep. The perfect venue for away days or corporate meetings / functions. Our Lammas room can accommodate 60 people in lecture layout or 48 seated at tables. Good ventilation and capacity to open large sliding doors in warm, sunny weather. Overhead digital projector and screen. Wifi / flip charts and paper. Disabled access and WC available. Fully equipped kitchen for use by you or your caterer. Catering to suit your needs can be arranged. Option of a marquee on the lawn directly outside of the Lammas room. Our venue is very ‘green’ we have a wind turbine / ground source heat pump and solar panels.
