The Academy at the Holiday Inn Guildford has everything you need to hold a successful meeting.

With award winning service from our dedicated academy team, who will be on hand to ensure your event runs smoothly, you can be confident that all of the details will be looked after by us, while you focus on the content of your day. We have 15 meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 180 delegates and 168 bedrooms, so you have plenty of options for your day meetings or residential training. All of our rooms have the latest technology that you will require to run your successful event. For downtime during your event the Academy has a spacious break out space with free-flowing tea and coffee, as well as enticing freshly baked snacks throughout the day, making the Academy a great place to network with your colleagues. At the Holiday Inn Guildford we believe that well fuelled bodies lead to engaged minds, with this in mind, we have launched our new food concept, Ingredients for Success. One of the key ingredients to holding a successful meeting is to have people who are fully energised and motivated. With our new selection of conference menus, using freshly prepared ingredients, we can provide you with a choice of tantalising fuel for the brain. Included as part of our delegate packages you can create your own tailor-made menu choosing from a wide range of starters, main courses and sumptuous desserts. After a long day of work you can relax in our Spirit Health Club, where you can swim, exercise or just relax in our sauna and steam room.
