At Somerford Hall we operate an exclusive booking policy - ensuring that our team are able to focus solely on your requirements and that all of our amenities are entirely at your disposal. Set in our 200 acres of beautiful parkland, the Hall's immediate grounds make an excellent venue for team building activities, training exercises, product launches and corporate entertainment. Our 30 acre corporate event site, including lakes and woodland, mean that we are equipped to accommodate even your wildest and most unusual requests. Our six conference rooms vary in size and style from the opulence of the 120 seat ballroom to the intimacy of the Library for groups of 12 or less. In addition, we do not restrict our guests to the use of just one or two rooms, you are free to use the whole Hall providing the ultimate in flexibility for your event. When it comes to catering for our guests, we know how important it is to provide an excellent and nourishing table. Each menu is as individual as each client and our experienced food and beverage team are always ready to suggest and advise. Accommodation is provided in our twenty suites and bedrooms. For larger residential events, additional rooms and transport can be quickly and easily arranged at neighbouring establishments by our experienced team of co-ordinators.

It is possible to arrange a marquee in our magnificent grounds, or use adjoining rooms within the Hall for larger groups. Individual rooms or suites can be booked to suit the nature and size of your function. Floor plans and seating arrangements are available and we can provide audio-visual equipment as required. Most rooms have internet links, video-conferencing is also available. The Hall offers a relaxing as well as inspirational environment, ensuring that you can relax and make the most of your day free from distractions, with the dedicated attention of professional and unobtrusive staff.
