Whitworth Locke's 160 apartments range from 25sqm to an impressive 80sqm – far more space than you’d get in any boutique hotel room. They’ve been designed to feel a lot bigger, too - giving you all the space you need to stay the way you live.
Each apartment is slightly different, with the cotton factory’s original features and large windows creating a contemporary, warehouse-style feel. The sleek, black kitchens are fully equipped with designer cooking gear and all the appliances you need. And – in true Locke style – each apartment has its own comfy green sofa for lounging and Netflix-ing on.
Our co-working space has over 80 different spots to choose from, with plenty of plug points, as well as superfast, free Wi-Fi so you can either work together, work alone, or work in peace. So whether you have a presentation to finesse, a brainstorm to run or a one-on-one interview to conduct, you can just pick up a coffee, take a seat and get to work.
The Storehouse is the ideal event space in Manchester with a difference. With natural daylight, screen, projector and PA included, built in dry hire bar, the event space showcases the natural beauty of the 19th century cotton factory while keeping all modern requirements. With space to accommodate up to 100 depending on your layout, it will leave a lasting memory for the guests of your next event.
The Green room is located directly next door to the Storehouse and comes with fully privacy. Containing an LCD TV for presentation facilities and with a boardroom layout, it is the ideal breakout area.
The Yellow room is the ideal semi private boardroom located at the back of our co-working space. Containing an LCD TV for presentation facilities an a curtain for privacy, it can also include the sofa area next to it to use a relaxed breakout area.
