    We are situated in a prime position on Hastings seafront, with stunning views and stylish accomodation. After considerable refurbishment, with more in hand, our hotel offers modern rooms and a relaxed, unfussy and friendly service. All our rooms are ensuite - those at the front have spectacular seaviews, whilst the rear rooms are quieter. We are next door to the White Rock Theatre, just across the road from the beach and within easy reach of the many attractions of Hastings and the surrounding area. We have recently opened our brand new Terrace cafe-bar, where you can breakfast al fresco, overlooking the sea, meet friends for lunch or sip cocktails in the moonlight. The Terrace cafe-bar is CAMRA Good Beer Guide listed, and a past winner of South East Sussex pub of the year. We serve local real ales and wine, fair trade coffee and tea, and source as much of our produce locally as possible (including our very own White Rock beer sausages). We have our own private car park with 16 spaces for residents, and can also provide parking vouchers for use in the adjacent Pier car park. The Notley Room, a meeting room for up to 30 (theatre style) or 18 (board style) is available for hire. We have just opened our new seafront meeting room, which will cater for groups up to 70

    The De La Warr Pavilion reopened to the public on 15 October 2005 after an £8 million restoration and refurbishment project. It is the principal centre for contemporary art, architecture, education and entertainment on the south coast. With good food, a welcoming atmosphere and panoramic sea views, it offers a unique high quality experience to all its visitors. Venue hire Commissioned by the 9th Earl De La Warr in 1935 and designed by architects Erich Mendelsohn and Serge Chermayeff, the De La Warr Pavilion was the UK‘s first public building built in the Modernist style. Pioneering in structure as it was in spirit, the purpose of this steel and concrete Pavilion was to provide accessible culture and leisure for the people of Bexhill and beyond and so regenerate the economy of the town and the surrounding area. Seventy years later, an £8 million restoration and redevelopment project has enabled the De La Warr Pavilion to fulfil its original ambitions whilst creating new aspirations for the building and its visitors.
