With its large Ballroom and six meeting rooms, we can cater for a range of business events, whether it is a small meeting of 10 or a large conference up to 600 delegates. Pavilion Ballroom The majestic oval Pavilion Ballroom dating back to 1927, is surrounded by an arched terrace and boasts glorious views across the bay. It can seat up to 500 delegates theatre style, 550 banqueting style or 600 with reception. The Ballroom can also provide 500m2 of exhibition space. The Meeting Rooms The 6 adaptable function rooms are ideal for meetings and conferences, as well as smaller ceremonies. Several of our larger upstairs rooms offer stunning views across Weston-super-Mare's bay, which makes them perfect for meetings where you want to impress your guests. These rooms can seat up to 60 people. These rooms are modern and fresh, while incorporating elements of the building's unique character. Facilities ranging from the traditional Manor House through to the modern Conference Centre makes the venue ideal for any event. Only minutes from Bristol makes us the perfect location, but just in the countryside offers a stress free, tranquil setting boasting views of the Mendips. Set in 86 acres you can choose the Manor House, which homes more traditional boardrooms for up to 30, whereas the Conference Centre can cater for up to 800. With the Conference Centre being a purpose built facility it means the rooms are very spacious and extremely versatile for whatever the event, with up to date technology such as broadband connection. Making it a suitable venue for anything from a sales presentation, exhibition to corporate hospitality event. Although the venue offers dedicated facilities for everyday events, Rookery Manor also has the ability to offer bespoke team building opportunities. The Hotel is set in its own private grounds with plenty of free parking and has a wonderful idyllic, peaceful setting. We have an 8 acre field which can be used for various sporting pursuits. Our self-contained Grange Function room can seat 120 persons in Theatre Style, 70 persons in Classroom style, 50 persons on an Open U shape or Square. We can do other variations on request. Our Lounge Suite room is also available for those smaller meetings, 10 persons or less. Both of these rooms offer a warm relaxed atmosphere for those must have meetings.
