The two available rooms face south and overlook the beautiful acre of walled garden at the rear of the hotel. With the hire of either of the meeting rooms, you will be provided with paper and pencils, flip chart and markers, mineral water and mints. overhead projector, a 5ft screen and a colour television are also available when required. By request, the hire of a larger range of audio equipment can be arranged. Secretarial services are also available if required.

You can have a cocktail reception on the flight deck of the 'HMS ARK ROYAL' See the Fleet Air Arm in action in the 'Flight Deck Experience'. Dine in style under the first British built Concorde! Up to 250 people may be accommodated comfortably under Concorde and a bar and dance floor can be added for your enjoyment. The Fleet Air Arm Museum has four exhibition halls and four conference rooms available for groups of any size up to 400 people. Private catering can be arranged to suit your budget, alternatively the Museum has a licensed restaurant open to the public. There is excellent disabled access, ample free parking and a shop which is stocked with a ride range of aviation-related gifts, clothing and confectionery.
