    Our Conference facilities at the Coppleridge comprise the use of a variety of our suites depending on the size and needs of your particular company. We offer everything from small corporate meals to wine & dine potential customers through to larger conference requirements. For larger meetings, or as a promotional venue our 18th Century converted barn, holds up to 70 people, seated in rows or about 40 board room style. The function room itself has it own private entrance, kitchen facilities, a bar and Ladies, Gents and Disabled WCs. For smaller meetings of up to 30 delegates our garden room in the main building is ideal, though this depends on the amount of equipment required for the meeting. We can also provide syndicate rooms, using either of our restaurant, morning room or some of the accommodation rooms, according to occupancy. Our morning room is particularly useful for small meetings of up to 10 delegates. Flip charts, VCR, TV and OHP are available from us. When conferences are held in the function room all coffees and teas are laid out in the hall but any lunches and/or dinners are taken in the main restaurant.

You can have a cocktail reception on the flight deck of the 'HMS ARK ROYAL' See the Fleet Air Arm in action in the 'Flight Deck Experience'. Dine in style under the first British built Concorde! Up to 250 people may be accommodated comfortably under Concorde and a bar and dance floor can be added for your enjoyment. The Fleet Air Arm Museum has four exhibition halls and four conference rooms available for groups of any size up to 400 people. Private catering can be arranged to suit your budget, alternatively the Museum has a licensed restaurant open to the public. There is excellent disabled access, ample free parking and a shop which is stocked with a ride range of aviation-related gifts, clothing and confectionery. The Museum is situated alongside Europe's largest military Air Station where, depending upon operational demands, you are likely to see Sea King, Lynx and Merlin helicopters and other Naval aircraft going through their rigorous training procedures.
