    Springfields Events Centre, Spalding, is ideally situated on the A16 adjoining the Springfields Outlet Shopping Centre and Springfields Festival Gardens. The Centre consists of two multi-functional exhibition halls, a seminar room, outside arena and benefits from its own free parking facilities. It is available for hire throughout the year, and a range of catering options are offered. There is also an additional facility for users of the Events Centre, with access to Springfields Festival Gardens being offered as part of all event packages. Visitors can enjoy a stroll around the gardens which include canals, water features, flower beds, formal lawns, woodland walks and celebrity gardens. For weddings, the gardens offer a wide range of superb photo backdrops, with the willow pool, Kim Wilde’s environmental garden and Chris Beardshaws’s colourfully sculptured garden proving to be the most popular locations.     Business Meetings The Village Hall has 2 rooms that can be hired for Business meetings. The rooms are available 8.30am to 10.00pm, seven days a week. Currently they are closed on Bank Holidays but should a business need arise due consideration would be given to meeting a proposed request. Location The Village Hall is located adjacent to Emerson's Green Library, both of which are situated in Emerson Way, rear of Sainsbury's supermarket. General Facilities The Cullimore & Jefferies rooms are located on the first floor. These are carpeted rooms supported by soft cushion chairs, good quality tables and are furnished with standard vertical blinds. The rooms are serviced and presented to a high standard and can offer the business hirer various configuration in meeting room style and layout. The rooms can be set out to your meeting requirements for an additional charge. Both meeting rooms are serviced by an adjacent servery that enables the business user to support the meeting with coffee and tea making facilities. The venue can provide refreshments for your meeting at an extra charge. There is also a buffet service that can be made available to you at an extra charge. The main toilet facilities are located on the ground floor. Disabled toilet facilities are available on the ground floor and first floor. Baby changing facilities are also provided on the ground floor. So as well as looking after the smaller meetings the rooms can now open up to use the whole of the ancient stone barn: this provides seating for approximately 80 for dinner on round tables or around 100 theater style. All the rooms have lots of natural daylight from their large patio doors which give access to the terrace looking out onto the Vale of York. This idyllic countryside position offers a peaceful setting for any corporate activity.
