    Not only can the Gardens offer a beautiful setting, but they have excellent facilities for large or small scale events, and they provide an individual service to cater for a wide range of needs. The National Botanic Garden of Wales is conveniently situated near Carmarthen on the A48 from Cross Hands to Carmarthen, minutes from the M4. All facilities are accessible to the disabled and there is also a lift in several of the buildings. Conference facilities are available during the day or in the evening. Seating within the rooms can be tailored to your particular needs. Principality House has three splendid conference rooms ranging in size from a cosy boardroom for eight, up to theatre style for 100 delegates. Each room has excellent access, projector screens and multimedia equipment installed. All rooms have natural daylight and wireless access.

The Painted Chamber is decorated with original 18th Century painted panels from the previous Hall and is an intimate setting for business meetings, small lunches or private dining.     The Astor Wing is available for hire all year round on an �exclusive use� basis for conferences, day meetings, company away days, product launches and private dining events. The Astor Wing offers three superb interconnecting meeting rooms, The Tudor Suite, all of which have plenty of natural daylight, plus smaller syndicate rooms. The Astor Wing is only open to private guests on an exclusive use basis therefore the accommodation is both peaceful and quiet. During the summer months the waterside location of the Guthrie Pavilion comes into its own, with drinks being served on the Italian Loggia overlooking the 38 acre lake.
