    Riverdene Gardens Hotel is a historic site located in Weybridge, only a thirty-minute train ride from Waterloo station in the heart of London. Our conference room provides facilities that can accommodate for up to six people. The room is ideal for board meetings, training sessions and private interviews in a cosy, relaxing environment. The dimensions of the room are 4.1m by 8.1m. We provide fast wireless broadband connections, fax facilities, a projector screen, and a flip chart. In addition, the room comes with TV, video and DVD equipment. There are four wall electrical outlets. We also provide appropriate extension cords should more sockets be required. The room is bright and spacious with large bay windows overlooking the garden. Tea/coffee and refreshments are available as well as an excellent catering service. Stationary is complimentary.     Chase Lodge is a small quality hotel just minutes from historic Kingston, 30 minutes by train from Waterloo and 8 miles from Heathrow Airport. We have a ground floor split level area with dual aspect providing plenty of natural light. There is free wifi throughout. We can provide all day catering including full meals and overnight accommodation and are fully licensed. Daily delegate rates on application. Each of the 12 bedrooms is individually designed to a high standard with carefully chosen furniture and striking fabrics. All rooms are en suite with TV, free wireless internet access and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms have jacuzzi or steam room. Room rates include a full continental buffet breakfast and tax. Dinner is not included but within one minute's walk are a number of very good restaurants. The centre of Kingston is a very short walk with many excellent restaurants including Jamie Oliver's Italian and Carluccio's. There is free overnight parking outside the hotel and daily parking by prior arrangement. Pets are very welcome and no charge is made for well behaved animals. We offer special weekend rates on application and business rates for frequent visitors.
