Avenue's private dining room is available for bookings for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The room can seat up to 18-20 guests or up to 35 guests for a standing reception. Avenue welcomes groups of up to 100 guests in the main restaurant. Semi-exclusive Dining The raised area of the restaurant can be used as a semi-private dining area above the main dining room, enabling guests to eat privately but also enjoy the atmosphere of the main restaurant. We can seat up to 24 guests. Exclusive Hire Avenue is available for exclusive hire for breakfast, lunch or dinner every day of the week. We have a capacity for 150 seated and 300 standing.

Based in the heart of London, Bush House incorporates the ideal blend between historical and traditional features. Clients have the choice of a variety of conference spaces including a Harvard style lecture theatre for 120 which benefits from complimentary syndicate space and breakout areas. The Auditorium is a purpose built lecture theatre for 395 guests offering the flexibility of retractable seating and an adjacent ground floor Arcade which provides hospitality for up to 400. In addition the venue offers a variety of classrooms ideal for smaller meetings. Finally our rooftop hospitality suite offers indoor event space for up to 250 guests with two balconies overlooking the Thames and Holborn.

Gymkhana London

Gymkhana is inspired by Colonial Indian gymkhana clubs, set up by the British Raj, where members of high society came to socialize, dine, drink and play sport. Gymkhana offers two private dining vaults secluded on either side of the lower ground floor, each offering a range of set menus or a selection of menu items allowing guests to create their own bespoke menu and wine pairing. With banquette seating in each vault, guests can dine in groups of up to nine or up to fourteen. Gymkhana is also available for exclusive hire on each level seating 50 guests on the ground floor and 50 guests on the lower ground floor. Alternatively we offer exclusive hire of the entire restaurant, with seating or standing room for up to 90 guests, creating a bespoke atmosphere and menu to suit any special occasion.
