Market Drayton, Shropshire,, TF9 2NA

Country house
·12 bedrooms

Goldstone Hall is a rurally located hotel and restaurant in a Georgian manor house which has parts dating back to medieval times; it is just to the north of Newport, Shropshire and south of Market Drayton. Goldstone has built up a reputation for quality dining, very comfortable bedrooms, all set in beautiful gardens which overlook the Shropshire and Staffordshire countryside. If your heart sinks at the thought of a business meeting, seminar or conference someone, somewhere, is getting the fundamentals wrong. Meetings are planned away from the normal work environment to free the mind, remove distractions and inspire productive, creative thought. We can’t guarantee the quality of the discussion or presentation at your event but we can create the backdrop to give you the best opportunity to succeed. Large, airy, well lit rooms, comfortable chairs, plenty of breakout areas, even a garden to inspire and refresh the mind.

Ternhill Farm House

Ternhill Farm House Tern Hill Market Drayton Shropshire, TF9 3PX

Country house

A wonderful blend of character oak beams & floors with more contemporary luxuries. Originally part of a working farm the house was separated approx 15 years ago. Mike & Jo Abraham purchased it in January 2002 and undertook a complete renovation of all the rooms. Having previously run a renowned restaurant with rooms in Middle Wallop, Hampshire, a similar combination of fresh food & luxurious accommodation has been applied to Ternhill Farm House. "The Cottage" Restaurant offers a choice from an innovative A la carte Dinner menu with fresh, locally sourced food cooked to order by the chef/proprietors. Fully Licensed, with a selection of wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks to enjoy with a meal.
