Offering both luxurious accommodation with great character in the Old Swan and more modest in terms of size and contemporary style at Minster Mill, all 62 bedrooms are well thought out and offer modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, DDI telephones and flat screen TV’s. The Old Swan comprises 16 magical guest rooms and suites. The adjoining Minster Mill has 46 contemporary bedrooms. Both can be reserved for exclusive use. The function rooms are ideally located in the Cotswold stone buildings of Minster Mill. All rooms can be accessed by private entrance and retain much of the period charm of the location including exposed wooden beams and picture windows to the gardens and River Windrush. There are three main function spaces for up to 50 delegates, The Malthouse, The Barn and The Oak Room. Each is light and spacious and fully restored with modern furnishings and facilities. Each of the three areas is self-contained with a reception, refreshment areas and syndicate rooms. A range of activities are available to enhance any event. The extensive grounds are ideal for team building. Other activities include fly fishing, croquet, Yon-Ka spa treatments, tennis, gymnasium and volleyball. Golf and horse-riding can be booked nearby.

    St Edmund Hall wishes to maximise the use of its facilities during the Oxford vacations and welcomes conferences, courses and summer schools, of any size, during mid-March to mid-April and from the end of June to October. Situated in the centre of the City of Oxford on the "High", a few steps from Christ Church Meadows and the Isis, the great Examination Schools, Radcliffe Camera, the Cathedral and the bustling shops of the "Broad", St Edmund Hall is well placed for sightseeing and shopping. St Edmund Hall was the first college to sense the need for conference facilities in Oxford, and our twenty years experience shows. Many of the facilities, the great Wolfson Hall and adjacent rooms were built with conferences and banquets in mind. Most of our conferences come back year after year, particularly for the "high table" cuisine, and the professionalism of the College staff, knowing that they can have a relaxed, yet stimulating break, enjoying the ancient quadrangle or relaxing in the former churchyard that is now the college garden.

This is a classic Cotswolds country inn. The Bird in Hand is a classic building of its time. Visually, it is a classic, graceful, stone and slate Cotswold building. Located between Witney and Chipping Norton on the B4022, the hotel is a mile outside the village of Hailey and set on a slight rise among green fields and graceful Cotswold countryside. The Bird in Hand Hotel is an ideal venue for business meetings, seminars, breakfast meetings and conferences with its excellent facilities, peaceful location and attentive service. We have three rooms from which to choose. All offer the same facilities but vary in size. The Ashley Room is the smaller of the three and can seat up to 12 people ‘boardroom style’ and approximately 15 for a more informal meeting. The Lindon Room can seat up to 22 people ‘boardroom style’ and 30 in ‘theatre style’. The larger Summer Room can sit up approximately 40 people.
