Our "Party Rooms" are large, contemporary spaces designed by Gage Interiors in 2005. They are ideally suited to events of up to 500 people (for an exclusive hire). There is also a wonderful private garden which links to the Party Rooms which can hold up to 50 guests. General Manager Shelly Curtis managed all events at The Groucho Club in Soho prior to joining us last year. You will find a friendly but efficient team. Our a la carte and event food consists of eclectic European dishes influenced by Italian and modern British classics. You will also discover our prices to be highly reasonable. We have an excellent team of chefs who are passionately devoted to creating real dishes that taste quite simply delicious. Our food is presented refectory style, with shared starters of fresh charcuterie, cheeses, pickled vegetables and breads served on rustic wooden boards.

Feliks Topolski’s eyewitness record of the twentieth century, depicts the iconic historic figures and the significant political and social events spanning nine decades. The Topolski Century is an evocative space that is ideal as an out of the ordinary location to hold events. The gallery is split into three arches. Two arches house the Topolski Century painted panels; the smaller Arch act as an education room as well as displays Topolski’s on-the-spot observations, sketches which form the substance of 2000 a hand-printed broadsheets, ‘The Chronicles’ that were produced between 1953 and 1982.

Dr Johnsons House

Dr Johnson's House is one of the few residential houses of its age still surviving in the City of London. Built in 1700, it was a home and workplace for Samuel Johnson 1748-1759, and it was here that he compiled the first comprehensive English Dictionary. Now restored to its original condition, the house contains panelled rooms, a pine staircase, and a collection of period furniture, prints and portraits. Situated to the north of Fleet Street, the house is found among a maze of courtyards and passages that are a reminder of historic London. Dr Johnson’s House provides a unique and welcoming historical backdrop for a wide variety of events. Perfectly situated with easy access to both the City and West End, the four-storey historic house can be hired exclusively for your event.
