The Courtyard has rooms available for businesses to hire all over the building, including the two auditoria: The Main House (capacity of 400) and The Studio (capacity of 120), which are perfect for larger scale presentations and prize giving ceremonies. The rooms have varying capacities and prices. Full meeting facilities, including catering services, are available for all spaces. Through our extensive catering facilities The Courtyard can offer a wide range of different food and drink options for our clients. Ranging from formal meals in the Mezzanine Restaurant which seats up to 50 people, to stand-up buffets in different areas of the building, we are happy to create a customised menu for any type of event. We also have an extensive wine list. We can organise catering for events throughout the day, whatever time your function is planned for, from morning coffee to drinks receptions. Formal lunches and dinners, and pre-performance suppers and buffets are our speciality.

Cyfarthfa Castle has two rooms available for hire, although the larger room is only available in the evenings. The rooms may be used for meetings, seminars and conferences, comfortably seating up to 70 delegates. The Tearoom is able to provide tea/coffee and buffet lunches for these meetings. Also: Canolfan Cyfarthfa, set within the beautiful surroundings of Cyfarthfa Park is ideally situated to hold a conference, meeting or lecture. Parking is free outside the Castle, and catering is available. If you have the time, arrive early and soak up the tranquil atmosphere with a coffee before your meeting begins!
