ROOM is a modular piece made of stainless steel and fumed oak, commissioned as a piece of public art for the hotel. The Lotos Room The Lotos Room is the hotel's boardroom and private dining room. Located on the lower ground floor of The Beaumont, it provides privacy and exclusivity and will have a capacity of 16 guests for a board meeting or up to 48 guests for a private breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Cub Room The Cub Room is the Resident's Bar and Lounge and is purely for the use of the hotel's guests. Open from early until late, with dark wooden panels and muted decor, the lounge has a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere. The Colony Grill Room A Grill Room in the Grand Hotel style, as traditionally experienced both in London and New York – classic and yet casual. As well as Grills there will be classical dishes from both sides of the Atlantic – whether a Caesar’s salad made at your table, grouse with all the trimmings or Strawberries Romanoff.     Gymkhana is inspired by Colonial Indian gymkhana clubs, set up by the British Raj, where members of high society came to socialize, dine, drink and play sport. Gymkhana offers two private dining vaults secluded on either side of the lower ground floor, each offering a range of set menus or a selection of menu items allowing guests to create their own bespoke menu and wine pairing. With banquette seating in each vault, guests can dine in groups of up to nine or up to fourteen. Gymkhana is also available for exclusive hire on each level seating 50 guests on the ground floor and 50 guests on the lower ground floor.
