The Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa has always been one of Edinburgh’s favourite meeting places – and now, following a multi-million pound refurbishment, the hotel is now home to a brand new, dedicated events space, complete with its own private entrance from the forecourt.
With 14 flexible function rooms, our Conference & Banqueting area is the largest of its kind in Edinburgh, and thanks to the innovative design and room layouts, it is equally suited to everything from meetings and exhibitions, to banquets and celebrations.
Our much-admired Edinburgh Suite is by far the largest hotel function space in the city, making it the ideal venue for high-profile conferences, dinners, exhibitions and even car launches. Stylish, flexible and spacious, the refurbished Edinburgh Suite can accommodate up to 500 theatre style, 350 classroom style and 480 for a banquet.
What’s more, the Edinburgh Suite leads directly into the Atrium, the centrepiece of our new, dedicated meeting area. Offering 580 square meters of floor space, the Atrium is perfectly suited to receptions and exhibitions and can also serve as a break-out area for larger events. When combined, both rooms can host a reception for up to 1,000 guests, making the Sheraton Grand one of Edinburgh’s most desirable events venues.
