Currently, a £9 million makeover project is underway on the 35 acre site, and this has already resulted in the successful completion of a brand new floodlit Astroturf pitch, a major landscaping project and the dining facilities have also been extensively upgraded resulting in the creation of a luxurious new dining complex at the heart of the site.

Based in 75 acres of spacious, landscaped grounds, the historic architecture of original buildings combines with new, state-of-the-art conferencing resources to impress anyone. The Edge Hill University Conferences team have years of experience of tailoring events individually for clients to ensure their success, delivering a first class service and meeting the ever-changing needs of the business conference world. Whether you wish to hold a team meeting or formal dinner we have the facilities to meet and exceed your expectations, all on one site. With a wide range of differently sized lecture theatres, syndicate and classrooms, we are able to provide flexible conferencing solutions and facilitate meetings for delegates from 10 to 300 people. We boast a wide range of AV equipment, with the majority of rooms containing their own OHP, screen, whiteboard, flipchart, PC & LCD Projector. Additional items such as TV, video, laptops, DVD player can be provided upon request. Numerous IT suites can cater for 20-36 people, with the most recent additions to our portfolio within the Faculty of Education. For the more technical and creative client we can offer our TV Production & Editing Suite and Music Room within the Learning Innovation Centre. Our facilities also include The Rose, a 204-seater theatre, fully-equipped with lighting and sound equipment. The theatre foyer offers a bar area and facilities for disabled customers.

    Ideally located to the south of Leicester we can offer a number of our school spaces for hire by private individuals or corporate clients to use for functions. From weddings and parties to concerts, drama productions or conferences, we have a wide variety of rooms of different sizes and versatility to choose from. Many of the spaces are double height with plenty of natural light, and they essentially offer a blank canvas that can be transformed into any manner of venue. We can also offer outdoor space for the erection of marquees. Hiring of the school premises can also be combined with use of the sports facilities/grounds which makes Leicester Grammar School an ideal venue for team building days. For specific details on our sports facilities. We can provide in-house catering or we are happy to accept external caterers and we hold a premises licence. We have broadband internet access hardwired throughout the school, a recording studio and we have three-phase electricity. We can also offer on-site security for the duration of your function and we are fully accessible in terms of disability with designated car parking, disabled toilets, wide double doors and level access. Based on a 75 acre site in rural Leicestershire there is easy access to Leicester and Market Harborough – both of which offer a high-speed rail link to St.Pancras and the Eurostar terminal in just over an hour. We are close to the M1 and the M69 and there is on-site parking for up to 200 cars. Birmingham airport is less than an hour away. We can also offer a helicopter landing pad within the school grounds - please contact us for co-ordinates and more information. Whilst having no on-site accommodation, we do a have a number of hotels close by which range in price and style.

    St Edmund Hall wishes to maximise the use of its facilities during the Oxford vacations and welcomes conferences, courses and summer schools, of any size, during mid-March to mid-April and from the end of June to October. Situated in the centre of the City of Oxford on the "High", a few steps from Christ Church Meadows and the Isis, the great Examination Schools, Radcliffe Camera, the Cathedral and the bustling shops of the "Broad", St Edmund Hall is well placed for sightseeing and shopping. St Edmund Hall was the first college to sense the need for conference facilities in Oxford, and our twenty years experience shows. Many of the facilities, the great Wolfson Hall and adjacent rooms were built with conferences and banquets in mind. Most of our conferences come back year after year, particularly for the "high table" cuisine, and the professionalism of the College staff, knowing that they can have a relaxed, yet stimulating break, enjoying the ancient quadrangle or relaxing in the former churchyard that is now the college garden.
