Our Rivelin Suite offers the flexibility to suit all events up to 500 guests. Its adaptability to divide into 3 separate suites enables us to accommodate and cater for smaller groups. For those of you who require a more intimate setting, fear not, we have our VIP boxes available which can cater from between 20 – 80 people. Alternatively, our Boardroom can accommodate between 2 – 12 guests, should you wish to host a smaller meeting.     Colwall Park sits at the centre of a quiet rural village; a peaceful and friendly haven halfway between Malvern & Ledbury. World famous Malvern Spring Water is bottled some 50 metres from the hotel. Our large well kept gardens, which look out directly to the Malvern Hills, boast a croquet lawn and boules pitches and nearby footpaths lead directly onto the slopes of the hills. With 22 individually decorated bedrooms we are the ideal base for couples, families and business travellers alike; perfect for a romantic weekend break or as a base to explore the unspoiled English countryside. Bedrooms are fully equipped and offer modern technology such as complimentary Wi-Fi and personal touches like home made shortbread biscuits. The Ballroom is a bright modern room with good natural light and original Edwardian windows. There are no pillars and the room can easily accommodate up to 120 delegates for a meeting or 100 for a sit-down meal. It has its own adjoining bar and reception room (The Wye Room) which is ideal as a break-out room, or can be booked separately for smaller meetings. The Wye Room is also perfect for select private dinners for a maximum of 24 people, with the menu of your choice. Our Avon Room is a smaller and secure meeting room on the first floor, suitable for up to 20 delegates, with a separate syndicate room next door. It has good natural light and overlooks our beautiful gardens.

Stamford Court The most recent addition to our portfolio of venues is proving a great success with organisers and delegates alike. Stamford Court conference centre offers modern meeting rooms in a traditional setting. With floor to ceiling windows it allows for the surrounding Edwardian gardens to be appreciated from within. Traditional features have been lovingly restored, enhancing lavish bay windows, intricate cornicing and original fireplaces, while maintaining a modern twist with up to the minute audio visual and other technical provisions. Choose to book the venue in its entirety including the main hall Gilbert Murray and seven seminar rooms or book rooms independently for smaller board meetings or interview panels. Each seminar room has built in audio-visual and their own unique style. Design features within the Hospitality Lounge were inspired by William Morris’ Brer Rabbit, offering an attractive environment in which to enjoy the on-tap refreshments; English or herbal teas, Americano, latte or cappuccino as well as delicious hot chocolate. Delegates can also enjoy a delicious fork or finger buffet, which on sunny days can be taken out onto the surrounding lawns.
