The Performing Arts Centre is equipped with a state of the art lighting and sound system. Portable staging allows any formation including a catwalk and Theatre in the Round. The delightful Runnymede campus offers a combination of Victorian and modern buildings set within extensive grounds overlooking the River Thames. A range of versatile meeting rooms is available, seating from 10-300 delegates. In addition, between June and September we are pleased to offer 250 single study bedrooms and dining facilities. The Oak Room at Runnymede is available to hire throughout the year. It will comfortably accommodate up to 40 delegates, theatre style. The room has the benefit of a sliding partition which can be used to create more space or a separate meeting/dining area.

The main Pavilion area of the club is a large spacious room which has recently benefited from an extensive refurbishment programme. In the spring of 2006 the Pavilion area was equipped with a brand new carpet, new tables and chairs, new curtains, redecorations throughout, four air conditioning units capable of providing both hot and cool air, new lighting scheme, an additional large TV screen and brand new bench seating. This refurbishment, in conjunction with a smoking ban within all club buildings, has created a comfortable, relaxed and healthy environment for members and guests to enjoy.
