    The National Coal Mining Museum for England, nestled in the hills of West Yorkshire, is a unique seventeen-acre rural site offering excellent facilities for daytime and evening events. The Museum site with its historic colliery buildings dates back to the early 19th Century. Exhibitions and displays where the story of coal is brought to life and the underground tour make it an outstanding location, ideal for all types events. The Museum’s conference facilities have been designed to offer maximum flexibility for large and small functions. The Caphouse Suite has a seating capacity of up to 210 delegates and can be divided into three with acoustic partitions. Each room offers the very latest in high-tech visual presentational aids.
