    The launch of the Marquee Club has added another exciting venue option to the West End scene. The live music venue, which has bought the rights to use the name of the legendary Wardour Street club, makes a great space for private parties, corporate events & fashion shows for up to 1,265 people. The Marquee is split over levels 3, 4 and 5 at #1 Leicester Square. The entrance is directly onto the North Side, between the Empire Cinema and MTV's new Total Request Live Studio. The main Venue space is on level 3, there is a built in 60 square metre stage with flying light-rig above and a Martin Sound system is housed in a mezzanine platform with the light desk at the opposite end, it also has its own Bar and Backstage areas. The total floor space is 1430 square metres (5000sqft). Standing capacity on this level is 535 plus 330 on the gallery. Level 4 is a gallery comprised of a four-sided balcony with its own bar over-looking level 3. The standing capacity on this level is 330. The total floor space is 980 square metres (2980sft). One entire side of the balcony is on a hydraulic lift that enables one end of it to drop to the back of the stage of the floor below to link the two floors together. Level 3 & 4 together is ideal for live music performances. The space can also be used for private hire for parties, conferences, product launches, receptions and fashion shows. Level 5 - The Marquee Bar is a sleek white space with a standing capacity of 400. The total space measures 1400 square metres (4800sft). There are two bars and a fabulous view over Leicester Square. Again there is a stage with sound and light - see specifications below. Levels 3, 4 and 5 can be hired out together for exceptional events. The total capacity of the venue is 1265. There are 2 lifts, 3 stairwells. There are no set fees for the hire of the venue - rates will depend on dates and times as well as staff, security and technical requirements, as well as the type of event you are hoping to organise.

The building used to be a chandelier showroom which explains the great light but is full of nooks and crannies with sofas and chairs providing ideal break-out areas that are free of charge. We have looked to provide the kind of atmosphere and environment that you won't want to leave! We are opening 8 brand new rooms in November in covent garden, two of which will be equipped with digital viewing facilities and a 2-way mirror. When it comes to choosing which room is right for you, you should consider the fact that each room has the potential to be either a formal boardroom or a relaxed layout for creative discussions. They are essentially a blank canvas that we set up any way you like. Our Lammhults furniture is in-keeping with our ethos of cool calm efficiency and flexibility. We can move it around at a moments notice to fit in with exactly what you need. Each of our spaces is equipped with tracking on the walls so we can put up whiteboards if required and many have wall-mounted plasma screens. Well provide flipcharts, laptops, LCD projectors and any AV you might need on the day. If you let us know in advance well set it all up for you before you arrive! Our team are on-hand all day to provide technical assistance should anything go wrong and to provide administrative assistance where necessary. We know that the fewer distractions you have, the more profitable your time with us is. Eat food that tastes great (but chosen not to send you to sleep) in our glassy rooftop caff� that has great views over Covent Garden�s rooftops! It�s open all day so no need to book or tell us what time you are breaking. We have the telly and the papers, wi-fi and the mags.     Ashworth Centre The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn is the largest of the Inns of Courts dating back to 1490 and sits within an 11 acres estate of beautifully maintained private gardens in the heart of central London. The Ashworth Centre is the newest event space to be added to the Inn’s venue portfolio and is named after Mercy Ashworth who was one of the first women to be called to the bar at Lincoln’s Inn in 1923. Opened in 2018 by Queen Elizabeth II, the Ashworth Centre provides a stylish purpose-built double height Lecture Theatre with tiered retractable seating for 158 delegates, along with a suite of ten meeting rooms split between two floors, expertly designed to allow natural daylight to flood each room through generous skylights.
