    The Hospitium is a picturesque 14th century listed building within York's beautiful Museum Gardens. The venue is set over two floors, giving the flexibility of providing an ideal space for all types of functions, from conference dinners to family celebrations and Christmas parties. We can host seated banquets for up to 135 guests and drinks/buffet receptions for up to 200 guests. The ground floor provides the ideal space for drinks receptions, exhibition space and offers an informal seating area for guests, whilst the first floor is perfect for the seated banquets. The Hospitium is solely available for private hire throughout the day and evening and, subject to availability, can be accessed prior to the start of events for preparation

    The Fenestra Centre is ideally positioned in a convenient and accessible location, with ample free parking. It is close to Scunthorpe, with easy access to the motorway, North Lincolnshire (North Lincs) and beyond The Centre is situated in a large and attractive single storey traditional farm building, rich in character, with thick limestone walls, brick pillars, exposed beams and large windows. It has been purposefully and sympathetically restored to fulfil its new role. The Fenestra Centre is an adaptable and stimulating location conducive to efficient and productive use of both time and money. All these factors, combined with a high level of privacy, mean the Fenestra Centre is the natural choice when choosing a venue. Clients now have free access to ‘WiFi’, which we have had installed.     The Hall is conveniently located in the city centre of historic York. It is a 15 minute walk to the York railway station, or 5 minute walk of several car parks. It is an impressive and unique venure appropriate for many Corporate events. Banquets The Hall makes an excellent setting for corporate dinners, to celebrate with your staff or impress partners and clients. Begin with a silver service dinner in the Great Hall, followed by a drinks reception and entertainment in the Undercroft. Conferences Presentations can be done in the Great Hall with the Undercroft being used as a breakaway space, for seperate meetings, refreshments and lunch. You can even follow the event with a closing dinner in the Great Hall (allow 1-2 hours for resetting the venue before dinner). Lectures Hold your lecture in the impressive Great Hall, and start or finish with reception drinks in the Undercroft. Trade Shows & Exhibitions These can last from 1 day to 2 weeks, as time allows, and can use the Great Hall and Undercroft or only the Undercroft. Meetings Looking for a convenient and impressive meeting space in the centre of York?
